GAME MEAT PROCESSING
Watching a rugby game during hunting season with a fizzy beverage in one hand and a piece of biltong or droewors in the other, is part and parcel of our unique South African culture. Hunting is an exciting, and often also freezing, adventure but is a rather expensive outing as is the subsequent processing of the carcass.
The Kings-men are not only highly skilled in their profession, but are also skilled and enthusiastic hunters which should make us your obvious choice when it comes to the processing of your hunt.
Peripherals such as sausage casings and top quality spices are also expensive, but, because we buy in bulk, we pass the savings on to our clients. Interesting but unknown fact:- sometimes there is a sticky, fatty deposit in your mouth after eating droewors which is the result of kidney fat being used. Kings only uses the best quality fat and you will therefore never have this most undesirable experience!
Our processing service includes hanging and drying if required.
